Building Use at Northminster
We are a small community church in North Ballard, and we love our neighbors. We want to share the space that we have, but in a city like Seattle, the costs can add up. Our fees are set to help cover the costs of the space, including heating/air, electricity, maintenance, etc. If there is a concern about the cost of using our space, consider becoming a Community Partner!

About Community Partners
Our community partners enjoy use of the space at an agreed upon discounted rate. In exchange, community partners invest back in the church somehow. This looks different for each group. Maybe it means offering to share your musical groups gifts during a Sunday service. Maybe it means volunteering to deep clean the room you use. Lets get creative about how we can work together.
Description of available rooms
Fellowship Hall ($35/hour)
Large, open space with tables, chairs, full kitchen, and restrooms. Accessible by elevator.
Kitchen Only ($15/hour)
Large, Commercial-grade Kitchen
Sanctuary ($50/hour)
Sacred acoustical space, pew seating, balcony, sound equipment available.
Library ($12/hour)
Reception and meeting room with small kitchenette.
Whale room ($12/hour)
Educational space with toys and games, includes piano.
Choir room ($12/hour)
Rehearsal space including piano, chairs, music stands.
Gym ($10/hour)
Active space with basketball hoop, games, activities.
