As a neighborhood church, Northminster attracts more than just long-time Presbyterians, and our family is more than just the people on the membership rolls. Among our most devoted congregants are folks who, for whatever reason, choose not to join with the church, but remain strong and valuable members of the church community.

Among the strengths of the church is the diversity of its members. Our family includes college professors, research scientists, doctors, high tech professionals, engineers, teachers, sales professionals, massage therapists, counselors, accountants, carpenters, and construction workers.

Our children are a valuable part of our church family, and participate actively in the life of the church. They help to lead worship, join in various ways in our community outreach programs, and through their eyes give the whole church a different perspective on our life together.

Northminster values its history, and through our seniors that history comes alive; many of them have been with the church for more than 50 years. Their long-time perspective keep us grounded in our history as we move forward into the future.
