On January 28, 2012, Seattle Presbytery will hold its second annual
“PresbyFest,” a day of worship, learning and fellowship, for all Presbyterians
in the greater Seattle area. Registration at Mercer Island Presbyterian Church
begins at 8:30 a.m., followed at 9:00 with the keynote address by immediate
past General Assembly Moderator Rev. Bruce Reyes-Chow, a minister member of San
Francisco Presbytery, and an inspiring new church development and “emergent
church movement” pastor. Come and learn what all that is about, in case it
seems mysterious!
Workshops on many topics will be held and there will be an all-day mission fair. Carpooling will
be available from Northminster. RSVP to Pam in the office if you’d like to ride
or drive.
