Lively Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a breathing technique that increases your oxygen intake and replaces old oxygen. There is movement, eye contact, stretching, deep breathing, laughter and no mat or floor work. Your body does not know real laughter from fake laughter, however, the benefits are the same. Give it a try! Relax and have fun. This FREE Class will be taught by a certified Laughter Yoga instructor.
